White background, no expression. See Section 2 for full photo specifications — the Georgian e-Visa system has strict requirements and will reject non-compliant photos.

Passport — Bio Page
Scanned bio/data pages in PDF format. Passport must have a minimum of 6 months validity from your intended date of travel to Georgia.

Previous Sticker Visas
Scanned copies of all previously obtained sticker visas. JPG or PDF format accepted.

Last 3 Years ITR Acknowledgement
Income Tax Return acknowledgement for the last 3 financial years, in PDF or JPG format. If ITR is not available, last 3 months' salary slips are required instead.

Bank Statement — Last 6 Months
System-generated statement covering 180 days from the date of application, showing a closing balance of minimum ₹2 Lakhs per person. See Section 3 for full requirements — this document has the most specific conditions.

Travel Insurance
Must cover the full period of your Georgia trip, from departure to return. Minimum health and accident coverage of 30,000 GEL (approximately USD 11,000) is required.

Aadhar Card
Required for Aadhar verification during the application. Important: you will receive an OTP on the mobile number linked to your Aadhar — please ensure the phone is accessible and working at the time we process your application.

Flight Tickets
Both onward and return tickets to/from Georgia, covering your travel dates.

Hotel Voucher
Accommodation confirmation for all nights of your stay, matching your travel dates. We will provide this as part of your Caravan Compass program.

Photo Specifications
Georgian e-Visa photo requirements — non-compliant photos will be rejected by the system

Do not use an existing passport photo taken for another country — dimensions and background requirements may differ. A photo that does not meet the above specifications will cause the application to be rejected and will need to be resubmitted.

Bank Statement — What We Need
All five conditions must be met — this is the most commonly flagged document

You must be the account holder on the statement — statements from a family member's account are not accepted

System-generated only — the statement must be downloaded directly from your bank's portal or app with no manual edits. Scanned physical statements are not accepted

Closing balance must be a minimum of ₹2 Lakhs per applicant at the time we submit the application

Must cover the last 180 days (6 months) from the date we submit the application — not from your travel date

The balance must have been maintained steadily throughout the 6-month period — funds that appear to have been deposited immediately before the statement was generated will be flagged and may result in rejection

If Someone in Your Group Is a Dependent Traveller
Applicable when a family member is sponsoring another person's application
Only a parent (father or mother) or spouse can sponsor a person's trip to Georgia — other relatives cannot act as sponsors
The sponsor's name must appear on the applicant's passport, or the applicant's name must appear on the sponsor's passport
If names are not on each other's passports, a proof of relationship is required: Marriage Certificate or Birth Certificate, system-generated with a QR code on the document
Important — Please Share All Documents Before We Begin
Once we initiate the application, all documents must be submitted to the Georgian portal within 24 hours of payment — the system does not allow extensions. To avoid any delays or forfeitures, we ask that you send us all required documents in advance so we can review them before starting. Please do not share documents piecemeal after the process has begun.
